Chai-Ann Ng is a Senior Staff Scientist from the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute, Sydney, Australia. He leads a team to calibrate high throughput patch clamp assays and established Z-score for variant of uncertain significance found in channelopathies. The validated Z-scores have been used as functional evidence for variant reclassification.
