Ivan Macciocca

Ivan Macciocca is Principal Genetic Counsellor at the Victorian Clinical Genetics Services and Clinical Associate Professor, University of Melbourne. With more than 20 years experience in genetic counselling, he has played an integral role establishing new clinical genetics services in Victoria and has an active interest in genetic counselling research and education. He oversees a large team of Genetic Counsellors at VCGS, where his responsibilities include clinical, management and strategic planning. He is a coauthor on more than 50 publications and is Associate Director of the Master of Genetic Counselling program at the University of Melbourne.
